New Delhi: The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs on Wednesday approved three proposals by the Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) to setup a multi-modal logistics and transport hub at Greater Noida besides industrial corridor nodes at Krishnapatnam and Tumakuru under the Chennai Bengaluru Industrial Corridor. The estimated cost of the proposals is Rs 7,725 crore and the projects are expected to generate employment for more than 2.8 lakh persons, the government said
