The government issued separate orders on Friday permitting the AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) to transfer 2,621 acres of land under the Orvakal node in the Hyderabad-Bangalore Industrial Corridor (HBIC) and 2,596 acres in Kopparthy node of the Visakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridor (VCIC) to AP Industrial Corridors Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (APICIDCL) by duly incorporating the change of name of the Special Purpose Vehicle NICDIT (National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust) Krishnapatnam Industrial City Development Ltd. as APICIDCL.
